Nike just announced the release of a 5 shoe collection of Air Force 1′s celebrating the five countries competing in this year’s World Basketball Festival in New York, New York. The collection debuts in retail stores on August 12, so be sure to look out.
I was involved in a debate yesterday about the coolest shoes to ever come out. While Jordan’s of many varieties are always mentioned (along with Air Max, Barkley’s, and other timeless classics), the Jordan IV seems to take the cake as the agreed upon apex of the vortex of dope kicks technology (lol.. i just watched Pineapple Express). Big Boi (with the help of Converse) is releasing his own take on the Converse classic Chuck Taylor to coincide with his newly released album Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. This is just a video of him explaining the ideas and concepts behind the shoes. They look pretty dope. I wonder how much they’re selling for?
Definitely one of the doper songs off Curren$y’s latest production album, Pilot Talk. This and Teflon Don seem to be racking up the most plays on my iTunes as of late; i suggest you listen to both.
